Purpose
Subway Systems is looking for motivated, responsible, honest and friendly individuals to join our growing management team. The Store Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of one SUBWAY® location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness across every aspect of the restaurant
- Creates and communicates all staffing schedules, ensuring all shifts have proper coverage
- Recruits staff and oversees in-store training program for all new hires, as well as current staff where applicable
- Ensures that all staff is aware of any changes to current food preparation or company expectations as they arise
- Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed
- Maintain all business records according to the SUBWAY® Operations Manual
Requirements:
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Experience in supervisory role
- Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with all employees
- Good written and verbal communication skills
