Founded in 1987 by cousins, Jake Miller and Mark Minnick, Subway Systems is a locally owned and operated Subway® franchise group in Northeastern Indiana. Starting with one Subway® location in Reno, Nevada, the duo decided to return to their hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and open the first Subway® franchise in the region. Growing their franchise from one location to thirty-three across the region, Subway Systems continues to expand and thrive throughout the Greater Fort Wayne Area.
